Our patented “Double Wall” Paper Cups are the perfect solution to replace Styrofoam cups. These cups are designed to hold all types of hot and cold beverages. As always, our products are made from thick, top-of-the-line paper with smooth rim rolls to ensure customer comfort and safety. Manufactured using the CALYX® system, our Double Wall Paper Cups are produced with considerably less material consumption, de-stack with ease, and are perfectly insulated for both hot and cold beverages. These cups are available in White, new Ecolyptus® Stock, and Custom Print Designs. Double Wall Paper Cups come in 6 different sizes ranging from 8 oz. to 24 oz.

Single Wall Cold Paper Cups
Perfect for cold or iced beverages on-the-go, ConverPack’s sturdy, single-use cold paper cups are made from thick, top-of-the-line paper and designed with smooth rim rolls to ensure customer comfort and safety. Cold cups are available in white or new Ecolyptus® design with the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI®) logo and come in 6 distinct sizes ranging from small (12 oz.) to extra-large (44 oz.).
All single wall cold paper cups are available for custom printing.
Cold Lids
Material, size, and function are all important considerations in cold cup lid design. ConverPack’s state-of-the-art design and engineering process produces top-notch cold cup lids that provide the perfect fit. Our flat translucent cold lids are made from Polystyrene, a robust, flexible, and lightweight synthetic material that travels easily and never collapses or crumbles with use. Cold lids are designed with a large pre-cut straw slot and push-down identification buttons for “Cola,” “Diet,” "Root Beer", "Tea", and “Other.”

Single Wall Hot Paper Cups
Millions of people around the globe begin their morning with a hot cup of coffee or tea from their local coffee shop, gas station, or convenience store. ConverPack’s durable, single-use hot paper cups are made from thick, top-of-the-line paper and designed with smooth rim rolls to ensure customer comfort and safety. Hot cups are available in white or new Ecolyptus® stock design with the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI®) logo and come in 7 different sizes ranging from 4 oz. espresso cups to 20 oz. extra-large cups.

Double Wall Hot Paper Cups
Our “Double Wall” hot cups are twice as thick (and twice as durable) as our disposable single wall hot paper cups. As always, our products are made from thick, top-of-the-line paper and designed with smooth rim rolls to ensure customer comfort and safety. The cups are available in white or new Ecolyptus® stock design with the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI®) logo and come in 6 different sizes ranging from small (8 oz.) to supreme (24 oz.).

ConverPack’s state-of-the-art design and engineering process produces top-notch hot cup Sip-Thru Dome Lids that provide the perfect fit. Available in black or white, our hot lids are made from Polystyrene, a robust, flexible, and lightweight synthetic material that travels easily and never collapses or crumbles with use.
ConverPack has two hot lid sizes for single wall hot cups. One for the 8 oz. and the other for the 10 oz. Squat, 12 oz., 16 oz., and 20 oz. sizes. For double wall hot cups, ConverPack has three hot lids sizes. One for the 8 oz., one for the 12 oz. and 16 oz. and one for the 20 oz. and 24 oz. Cone Paper Cups
Whether you’re stocking your water cooler, you dessert station, or your snow cone stand, cone cups keep the world happy and hydrated. ConverPack’s durable, single-use cone paper cups come in three sizes - that’s convenient for offices, break rooms, waiting rooms, theme parks, and sports stadiums.
Paper Straws
Unlike paper straws, plastic straws cannot be easily recycled and sadly are not biodegradable. Americans use 500 million plastic straws each day, and ConverPack is working hard to curb that statistic by offering sturdy, biodegradable and compostable paper straws that are made with gluten free glue. Available in white, black, green, or in any one of our in-house designs, ConverPack’s straws come in standard lengths from “Bar Stir” to “Colossal.”
